Izsoli.lv is an online auction house run by **IZSOLI.LV SIA**, registration No. 40203782559, registered address Avotu iela 4-34, Rīga, LV-1011. We sell items at auction and at fixed prices: electronics, computers, photo and audio equipment, furniture, tools, household goods, watches, art and collectables. **Some items are our own.** They come from manufacturers' and retailers' surplus stock, returned order batches, display models and warehouse clearances. They are kept in our warehouse in Riga, and we are responsible for them as the seller. **Some items belong to other sellers**, both businesses and private individuals. In these cases we act as an intermediary: we provide the marketplace, accept payment on the seller's behalf and help with disputes, but the sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller. Who the seller is always shows on the lot page. Our own lots are marked **"Sold by Izsoli.lv"**.
We don't just write "good condition" or "like new". Every lot has a grade from our 16-level condition scale, photos of the actual item and a separate note on each defect. If an item turns out to be worse than described, we put it right at our own cost.
