1. General
1.1. The points programme is the IZSOLI.LV SIA loyalty programme, which lets registered users earn points for activity on the Platform and use them as a discount on future purchases.
1.2. Membership of the programme is free and automatic for all registered users.
1.3. The programme organiser is IZSOLI.LV SIA, reg. No. 40203782559, Avotu iela 4-34, Rīga.
2. What points are
2.1. 1 point equals a discount of EUR 0,01.
2.2. Points are not money, not a means of payment and not a gift card. Points are a right to a discount that the Platform grants free of charge.
2.3. Points are not paid out in cash, cannot be transferred to another person, cannot be inherited and cannot be exchanged for money.
2.4. Points cannot be bought for money.
3. Earning points
3.1. Points are awarded for:
The current points rate is published on the Platform and may be changed in accordance with Section 7.
3.2. Points are credited to your account after the transaction is completed, once the period for submitting complaints has ended and the transaction has not been cancelled.
3.3. Points are not awarded for:
- any amount paid with points;
- cancelled, returned or unpaid transactions;
- Platform fees and delivery costs.
3.4. If a transaction is cancelled or an item returned after points have been awarded, the relevant points are withdrawn. If the points have already been used and the balance becomes negative, the negative balance is deducted from the next points awarded.
4. Using points
4.1. You can use points to pay for any item on the Platform, except for buying gift cards.
4.2. Points can cover no more than 20 % of the purchase amount, unless the promotion rules state otherwise. The remaining amount must be paid by another payment method.
4.3. The minimum number of points you can use in one purchase is 100 points (EUR 1,00).
4.4. The use of points is shown in the basket before you confirm the order and on the invoice as a discount.
4.5. Using points does not affect the amount paid out to the seller. The seller receives the full price of the item; the Platform covers the discount from its own funds. The commission is calculated on the full price of the item.
5. Points validity
5.1. Points are valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date they are awarded.
5.2. Points are used in order, starting with those closest to expiry.
5.3. We notify you by email at least 30 days in advance before points expire, if you have agreed to receive notifications.
5.4. If your account is closed, unused points are cancelled without compensation.
6. Misuse
6.1. It is prohibited to obtain points through fictitious transactions, multiple accounts, reciprocal purchases or in any other way that does not match the purpose of the programme.
6.2. If misuse is detected, the Platform may cancel points, reverse discounts obtained with them and block the account.
7. Changes to the rules and ending the programme
7.1. The Platform may change the rules for awarding and using points by giving 15 days' notice. Points already awarded keep the validity period that applied when they were awarded.
7.2. The Platform may end the programme by giving 3 months' notice. During this period points can be used under the general rules; after the period ends, unused points are cancelled.
7.3. The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply.
