Right of withdrawal

**When it applies.** If the seller is a trader, including Izsoli.lv, and you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract **within 14 days** of receiving the item, without giving a reason. **How to withdraw.** In your account, under "My purchases", choose **"Withdraw from contract"** or fill in the withdrawal form. We confirm receipt without delay. **What happens next.** The item must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The buyer pays the return costs unless stated otherwise. We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the item back or receiving proof that it has been sent. **You may inspect the item, but not use it.** The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value if the item has been used more than necessary to inspect it.
